摘    要:本文阐述了PROFINET工业以太网技术组成及特征,给出了一种从过程控制层到现场控制层,完全基于PORFINET工业以太网的连铸自动化系统,代替原来过程控制层使用工业以太网,现场控制层使用现场总线的自动化系统.采用基于工业以太网的过程控制和现场设备控制,使系统的兼容性和互操作、开放性、简化配线、设备诊断与维护等方面都有所改进,有利于实现企业的管控一体化.

Abstract:In this paper,the composition and technical characters of PROFINET industrial Ethernet are elaborated.A continuous casting automation system(from process control to online control) entirely based on PROFINET industrial Ethernet is presensted.It replaced the original system of process control based on industrial Ethernet and field control based on field bus.The new scheme improves the system compatibility,interoperability,openness,wire layout simplification,equipment diagnosis and maintenance,and is beneficial to the realization of management-control integration of enterprises.
