| 摘 要： | 为提高减定径机组的可靠性,宝钢股份特钢事业部条钢厂利用NI公司的硬件设备和LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台构建了高线减定径机组在线状态监测系统,对设备运行状态进行实时振动监测和故障分析.经过实践运行,系统稳定,可靠.

| Abstract: | In order to improve the reliability of the reducing and sizing mill,Baosteel Special Steel uses NI hardware and LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform to build condition monitoring system of high-speed wire reducing and sizing mill to vibration monitoring real-time and fault analysis.It is proved stable and reliable. |
