| 摘 要： | 800MN模锻液压机的C形机架因外形尺寸大,结构和受力复杂,安装精度要求高,是整个机组安装的难点.本文设计了专用工装支撑,采用二次翻转的安装方式使C形板重心始终保持在支撑点和吊点连线一侧,避免因重心偏移产生的冲击；并采用ansys对其中几个工况的C形板进行受力分析,保证C形板的强度刚度满足要求.

| Abstract: | In the installation process of large-scale die forging hydraulic press,it is difficult for the installation of the C-shaped rack due to its large size,complex structure and high accuracy.Through the analysis of the installation process of a large-scale die forging hydraulic press,a installation method of special support and twice flip was designed to keep the gravity center of C-shaped plate in the side of support point and hoist point.The software Ansys was adopted to analyze the C-shaped plate in some working conditions.It can meet the requirements of strenth and stiffness of C-shaped plate. |
