摘    要:某钢企冷轧厂一台四辊平整机正常工作时,工作辊与带钢边缘接触部位磨损严重,工作辊在线窜辊是解决此现象的可行技改方案之一。本文针对技改方案中工作辊窜辊阻力计算的难点,在两平行滚动接触圆柱体产生轴向相对移动时轴向窜动阻力公式的推导的基础上,探索基于刚柔耦合技术分析的动力学仿真模拟计算新方法,仿真结果与理论计算基本吻合,验证了仿真结果的正确性,为轧机窜辊改造和设计提供了新思路。

Abstract:The contact location of work roll and strip′s edge wears severely when the four-roller cold rolling mill works normally in a steel plant.The technical reformation scheme of the work roll on-line axial shifting is proposed.Aiming at the difficulties of work roll shifting resistance calculation in the scheme,based on deducing the axial resistance formula of two parallel rolling contact cylinder when they produce relative axial movement,a new simulation method was explored through the dynamics simulation software ADAMS.The effectiveness of this method was verified by the results of simulation and theoretical calculation.This paper provides a new idea for the technical reformation and design of the temper mill.
