操作机钳杆旋转减速机失效分析

摘    要:本文针对操作机钳杆旋转减速机常见的失效问题,通过ADAMAS软件对减速机运行时力矩大小变化进行模拟,对操作工艺、过载等因素进行详细分析,探讨了钳杆旋转减速机在运行过程中产生失效的原因.并对减速机设计时参数的选择、过载保护系统等方面提出了建议.

Abstract:According to the common invalidation phenomena occurring to forging manipulator nippling lever rotation gear box and its actual working status,the change of the torsion during the running of the gear box was simulated with ADAMAS software,and the operating techniques and overloading factors was analyzed.The reason of the nippling lever rotation gear box invalidation in working process is discussed.Some advice on parameters′ rational choice,standardization of operating process and overloading protection are given.
