摘    要:通过对TA7钛合金拟水平正交实验和对室温拉伸性能检测结果的方差分析,获得了具有较好性能匹配的变形工艺参数组合:即坯料加热温度1040℃,应变速率0.05s-1,变形量50%.金相观察及断口形貌的研究表明,TA7钛合金在高于相变点温度始锻易获得尺寸稍大的初生α和尺寸小的再结晶α混合的双套组织,这种组织在拉伸过程中α颗粒易在原子密排面被拉脱.

Abstract:The combination of deformation process parameters matched with good tensile property was achieved after TA7 titanium alloy imitating-level orthogoml experiment and variance analysis of tensile property test result at room temperature.The combination of deformation process parameters is billet heating temperature 1040℃,strain rate 0.05 s-1,deformation 50%.The metallography and rupture scanning results show that the TA7 titanium alloy is easy to gain the two-suit structure with large size primary α and small size recrystallization α phase grains at the initial period of phase transformation point temperature.The α grains are easily disengaged on atom dense face in sample with this microstructure at tensile test.
