摘    要:阐述了基于Pro/Program直齿变位齿轮的参数化设计方法,该方法可根据中心距及齿数、模数等自动计算出变位系数,并根据基圆与齿根圆的大小关系,自动选取相应的建模过程,建立出满足要求的变位齿轮模型.运用Pro/Mechanica对齿轮模型进行了静态分析,并对齿轮的主要结构参数对静态特性的影响程度进行了敏感度分析,最后对齿轮模型进行了优化,在最大应力及最大应变满足要求的情况下,使其总质量最小.

Abstract:In this paper the parametric design method of straight tooth profile shifted gears based on Pro/Program is expounded.It can automatically calculate the modification coefficient according to the center distance,number of teeth,and the modulus,automatically select the appropriate modeling process according to the relation between the sizes of the base circle and root circle,and then establish the modified gear which meets the design requirements.The gear model was statically analyzed with Pro/Mechanica,and then the sensitivity analysis for the influence of main structural parameters on the static characteristics was made.finally the gear model was optimized to make the overall weight smallest for meeting the project requirements to maximum stress and maximum strain.
