无线以太网技术在铝挤压机后部处理生产线上的应用

摘    要:针对铝挤压机后部处理设备上牵引机、拉伸机尾架等设备运动行程长,运动速度较快,布线困难的情况,采用无线以太网通讯技术,达到了扩大设备的控制范围,延长控制距离的目的.详细介绍了硬件结构及系统组成,其出色的网络覆盖范围、自由性和可移动性给设备的维护带来巨大方便.

Abstract:The wireless Ethernet communication technology was used to realize the enlargement of control range of the equipment by overcoming the difficulties of long running stroke,fast running speed and difficult wiring of the dragger and the stretching machine tail frame on the rear processing production line of the aluminum extrusion press.The hardware structure and system composition is introduced.The perfect network coverage area,freedom and mobility bring on a great convenience for the maintenance of the equipment.
