摘    要:近些年来,在电机调速领域,串级调速已逐渐被变频调速取代,但在矿山机井,泵机风机等自然条件恶劣,功率要求大的环境下,串级调速显示出不亚于变频调速的机械性能,而且还有明显的经济性.在传统绕线式异步电动机的基础上,对其进行数控改进,结果表明:经过数控改进后,调速系统的健壮性、稳定性都有很大提高.

Abstract:In recent years,cascade speed-regulation has gradually been replaced by variable frequency speed-regulation.But in some hard natural environments like mines,water pump and etc,which demand high powerful condition,the cascade speed-regulating could show its mechanical capability equal to variable frequency speed-regulating.Further more,it can save money.Hereupon,this paper improves digital control based on coil asychronism motor into digital-control motor.The result shows that after the digital control improvement,the speed-governing system makes prominent progress in robust and stability.
