摘    要:通过启动时间不变和启动加速度不变 2种情况对梯形加速度和三角形加速度启动过程进行对比分析 ,得出了梯形加速度启动设计参数的选取方法 ;给出了带爬行段梯形加速度启动过程的函数表达式 ;采用大型带式输送机动态分析软件对等加速度、三角形加速度、梯形加速度启动过程进行计算机仿真对比 ,证明了参数选择合理的梯形加速度启动过程可以避免冲击和急动 ,并具有较小的启动动载荷。

Abstract:Under conditions of the same start-up time or the same start-up acceleration slope,the comparative starting procedure analysis of the trapezoid acceleration and the triangle acceleration was done.As a result,the choice method of design parameters with the trapezoid acceleration start-up was founded.And the function expression of the trapezoid acceleration starting procedure with the creep was given.The starting procedures of the constant acceleration and the triangle acceleration and the trapezoid acceleration were respectively carried through computer simulation applying the dynamic analysis software of the large belt conveyor,which proved that selecting the parameters of the reasonable trapezoid acceleration starting procedure can achieve avoiding impact and jerkiness,and possessing lesser starting dynamic load.
