PET/改性炭黑纳米复合材料薄膜的抗紫外性能和结晶行为

摘    要:采用有机紫外线吸收剂UV327通过固相原位接枝法对炭黑进行改性制备复合型紫外线吸收剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)测试,表征了炭黑(CB)及改性炭黑(m-CB)的结构及其在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)基体中的分散性,结果表明,UV327成功接枝到炭黑表面,m-CB在PET基体中的分散也很均匀。采用差示扫描量热(DSC)和UV-vis分光光度计研究了PET/CB和PET/m-CB薄膜的结晶性能和对紫外线及可见光的透过性能。与CB相比,m-CB对PET有更强的成核效应,添加m-CB的PET复合材料薄膜吸收紫外线能力更强,并且m-CB可以降低PET薄膜的雾度。

Abstract:Modified carbon black(m-CB) was prepared using a solid phase modification method through mechanical blending of CB with a commercial UV absorber UV327.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) proved that UV327 is grafted on CB successfully.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) show that the modification of CB obviously reduces the aggregate sizes of CB,leading to better dispersion of m-CB in PET films.Crystallization behavior and UV-vis transmittance of PET/CB and PET/m-CB nanocomposite films were examined by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and UV-vis spectrophotometer.The results show that nucleating ability of m-CB is more effective than CB in PET film,and the UV protection property and the transparency of PET/m-CB film are much better than PET/CB films.
