| Abstract: | The network module based on TMS320DM642 chip and the NDK（network developing kit） are studied and analyzed.The network communication between DM642 developing board and PC is taken as an example,WINSOCK programming on PC terminal and general procedure of developing NDK on DSP terminal are introduced respectively. |
