四倍体大麦嫩叶中SOD CAT和可溶性蛋白质含量分析

摘    要:比较研究了3个四倍体大麦品种和1个二倍体大麦品种的不同叶龄嫩叶中的出汁率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)两种自由基清除酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量,结果表明,四倍体大麦嫩叶与二倍体大麦出汁率相当,但含有比二倍体大麦更丰富的SOD、CAT及可溶性蛋白质,可作为制备大麦嫩叶汁粉的优质原料。

Abstract:The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT),and the soluble protein content in young green barley leaves of different leaf ages were compared between three autotetraploid barley species and one diploid barley species.The results show that the autotraploid barley has the same juice yield,but contains more SOD,CAT and soluble protein comparing with the diploid.So young green leaves of the autotetraploid barley can be used as good material for making powder juice.
