永磁同步曳引机齿槽转矩分析及抑制方法探讨

摘    要:在建立永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的数学模型的基础上,分析了齿槽转矩的产生机理及其对电机的影响,进而从采取斜槽法、定子槽磁性槽楔法、定子开辅助槽法、极弧系数组合优化法、极数和槽数配合法探讨了永磁电机的齿槽转矩削弱方法,对提高永磁同步曳引机的控制特性运行可靠性有着实际的工程参考价值。

Abstract:Based on building a math model for the cogging torque of PM motors,the mechanism of production and its disadvantages on motor were analyzed.hen,the cogging torque reducing methods,including the advantagesand disadvantages were discussion in the paper.It will be beneficial reference for factory to solve similar safety problems.
