摘    要:针对液固两相流动体系的液固运动和腐蚀过程的特点,指出冲刷和腐蚀的交互作用是材料发生冲刷腐蚀破坏的主要因素,在交互作用影响机制的基础上,对目前液固两相流中流动引起冲刷和腐蚀两个方面的有关机理和模型进行了论述,讨论了流体力学的作用在冲刷腐蚀过程中的重要性,分析了流动和腐蚀过程的相互促进作用,由于不同的环境介质和材料具有不同的腐蚀机理,冲刷和腐蚀所起作用的范围要由冲刷腐蚀中腐蚀失重和冲刷重两个分量的比值来作为判断准则,从而为材料的选择和防腐蚀设计提供一定的指导依据。

Abstract:Behavior of erosion-corrosion in liquid-solid flow system is mainly caused by synergistic effects of erosion and corrosion process. The authors review the mathematical model of both corrosion and erosion, and think that the effect of hydrodynamics is of great importance to corrosion. Simultaneously, the effect of synergism on total erosion-corrosion is also discussed. Because erosion-corrosion process possess different mechanisms in the case of different metal and medium, it is important to define the ratio between corrosion and erosion for describing erosion-corrosion process. Thus, direct material choices for corrosion resistance and design for operation can be predicted effectively.
