摘    要:利用可视化编程语言Delphi6 .0编制了大型球罐的参数化设计和应力分析软件 ,实现了球罐设计与ANSYS的无缝衔接。并以 10 0 0m3 的大型液化汽球罐为例 ,运用该软件与商业有限元软件ANSYS7.0 ,对其进行了参数化设计和有限元应力分析。采用应力分析设计方法 ,对人孔接管与球壳、支柱与球壳等连接位置的截面进行了强度校核。

Abstract:By applying the powerful visual programmed language Dephi6.0,the parameterized design and stress analysis software of large-sized spherical tank is developed.It makes a perfect link with commercial finite element software ANSYS. As an example, a 1000m~3 spherical tank is carried out by parameterized design and finite element stress analysis to show the application of this software. Based on stress analysis design method, the strength check is conducted on the dangerous section such as the connecting areas of manholes/spherical shell and brace/spherical shell.
