摘    要:采用Colebrook White公式和数学计算方法 ,深入研究了粗糙度对输气管道摩阻系数的影响。发现总体上摩阻系数随相对粗糙度的降低而减少 ,在相对粗糙度较大的区域摩阻系数的减少更明显 ,而在相对粗糙度较小的区域摩阻系数几乎不再减少。在管壁绝对粗糙度和气体粘性长度相同的输气条件下 ,摩阻系数随管径的增大而降低。采用涂层等表面技术来降低输气管道的绝对粗糙度 ,可显著降低摩阻系数

Abstract:By means of numerical calculations of the Colebrook-White equation, the influence of inner surface roughness on the fiction factor of gas transmission pipeline was studied in detail. The results show that the friction factor decreases with a reducing of relative roughness as a whole. In higher relative roughness region, the friction factor decreases more notably than that in lower one. In contrast, the friction factor can hardly decrease in the region with lower roughness and approaches to a stationary value. At a gas transmission states with the same absolute roughness and viscous length, the friction factor decreases with an increasing of pipe diameter. Finally, the friction factor can be effectively decreased due to the application of inner surface techniques, such as the internal surface coating.
