民用住宅空调技术与经济分析研究

结合具体工程实例，将住宅建筑的夏季供冷和冬季供热综合考虑，提出了多种可能性空调方案，逐一进行技术分析。从购买一定种类能源的费用（包括初投资和运行费用）方面入手，采用综合能源价格法进行经济分析，得出最优空调方案。文章提出的空调方案对新建的住宅建筑及既有住宅建筑的空调系统设计、改造具有一定的参考和推广价值。
