摘    要:回收的潲水油经适当的预处理后,采用两步升温法在浓硫酸催化作用下与甲醇进行酯交换反应制备生物柴油。考察了重要因素对反应的影响,得出了利用潲水油制备生物柴油的最佳条件:催化剂用量为潲水油体积的5%,醇油摩尔比为20∶1,反应时间为2.5h,反应温度为150℃。在此条件下生物柴油的得率高达93%,产品质量达到美国生物柴油标准ASTMPS121-99的相关指标。

Abstract:The recovered waste restaurant grease was pretreated and used as feedstock for the preparation of biodiesel by transesterification with methanol catalyzed by H2SO4 in a two-step raising temperature process.The effects of reaction factors were observed and the optimized reaction conditions were obtained as follows: catalyst loading 5% volume of grease,molar ratio of methanol to grease 20∶1,reaction temperature 150℃,and reaction time 2.5 hours.The yield of biodiesel reached 93% under the optimized conditions.The quality of prepared biodiesel matched the ASTM PS121∶99 standard.
