| 摘 要： | 留学生教育作为高等教育服务最主要的提供方式之一境外消费的主要内容,它在规模与水平上都远远超过跨境交付、商业存在、自然人流动三种形式。湖南省招收留学生的现状不令人满意,但是通过从湖南省教育供给的诸方面,如经济、地理等外在因素、高等教育服务的规模和质量、高等教育服务的价格以及高校的办学理念和组织架构,发现湖南省高等服务在招收留学生方面确实存在比较优势,湖南省发展高等教育服务还有很大的潜力。

| Abstract: | Cross Boarder Supply mainly overseas students' education service is the main form of higher education service trade.And it has surpassed Consumption Abroad,Commercial Presence and Movement of Natural Persons in quantity and level.Hunan province is not good at enrolling the overseas students,but by analyzing supplier's external economic and geographic features,the scale and quality of higher education,the price of higher education and the ideology and framework of universities in Hunan province,I find comparative advantages of Hunan Provincial higher education service in the field of overseas students' service.Hunan province is prospective in developing its higher education services. |
