A .Many failures are occured by the steel structure,which influenced the normal production of dockboard from working- This paper studies the fail-ure of dumping car based on finite element calcu-lation and dynamic strength testing and finds thesource of its steel structure failure then provesthe mistakes of original design, finally gives thetotal improvement design plans.
