摘    要:介绍熔融挤出堆积成形系统的成形精度影响因素轮图,结合实际工作,从几何数据处理、机械和数控系统、材料、工艺规划和控制诸方面论述影响成形精度的因素。提出提高精度的措施:出丝宽度补偿、出丝的启停响应延迟补偿和超前控制。

Abstract:The paper introduces the formingprocess, main features and basic construction ofthe first MEM(melted extrusion manufacturing)system in China. Based on the analysis,the wheeldiagram of most factors which influence on theforming accuracy is proposed. According to prac-tice. the major factors which influence on the ac-curacy, including data processing, mechanicaland NC system, materiaI, process planning andcontrolling. are analysed,and the methods to im-prove the accurary are given out, especially fila-ment width compensation, respond delay com-pensation and anticipatory control of the fila-ment feeding.
