基于自适应共振理论的磨削过程砂轮锋利度识别研究

摘    要:讨论利用外圆切处磨削循环过程中,初磨阶段持续时间和工件每转实际磨削深度变化规律与砂轮锋利度密切相关这一特性,通过建立自适应共振网络(ART)模型对磨过程工件实际每转磨削深度变化规律的信息进行分类处理,实现磨削过程砂轮锋利度的在线识别,对实际磨削过程中多种工艺参数变化的情况下砂轮锋利度的进行在线识别,该实对复杂的磨削过程,可以有效地识别砂轮的锋利度。

Abstract:In this paper, it is discussed howto make use of the special features that wheelsharpness is clostely related to transient grindingtime and change tendency for transient grindingdepth per revolution of workpiece in externalplunge grinding cycle, and how to group the in-formation of change tendency for transientgrinding depth per revolution of workpiece bymeans of adaptive resonance model in order torecognize wheel sharpness during grinding pro-cess. Wheel sharpness is recognized on line un-der variant process parameters in real grindingprocess. It has been proved that the new way iseffective for complicated grinding processes.
