摘    要:介绍一种复杂型腔的行切加工方法,该方法将型腔加工区域分解为沿行切面法线单调的区域集合通过加工各单调区域而实现对复杂型腔的加工。提出一种基于图论的复杂区域单调剖分算法。算法在型腔加工区域边界凹极值点处于加工区域进行部分,将剖分过程对应于一个有向图的生成过程,通过求解图的基本回路而获得单调剖分区域。同时研究了型腔行匠另一重要问题--行切方向的选择。基于剖分区域数与边界凹极值九成线性关系这一结论,通过计

Abstract:A method for direction-parallel milling of complex-shaped pocket is introduced,in which direction-parallel milling is achieved by decomposing the pocket into a series of monotonous areas with respect to normal of the section plane. An algorithm for decomposing complex shaped area, presented by the authors,is established on the graph,it is realized by sec-tioning the area on the "concave" extrema points of the boundary, so the decomposing process is corresponded to a graph generation process, the monotonous area is obtained by calculati11g the basic loop of the graph. Another important item,selection of a suitable inclination, is also dealt with. Noted that the linear relationship between the monotonous areas and the" concave" ex-trema points,only the"concave" profile are com-puted for recommded inclination intervals, the near optimum inclination can be get by analyzing these recommended intervals. At the end ,an ex-ample is given to show the result.
