摘    要:文章通过对上海液化天然气接收站BOG压缩机入口阻力增高的原因进行分析,指出液化天然气蒸发气总管中蒸发气的组成发生改变(重组分增加),露点升高,容易凝析出液体,是导致压缩机入口过滤器差压增高的主要原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:Through analyzing the causation of inlet increasing resistance of BOG compressor in Shanghai LNG terminal, the article points out that the main reason leading to the increase/augments of differential pressure of inlet filter in the BOG compressor is the composition change of the vapor in the main line of LNG, that is the increase of the heavier component which means higher dew point and easier to precipitate. Then the paper proposes corresponding measures for improvement.
