摘    要:本文以乙烯(E)-乙酸乙烯酯(VA)共聚物(EVA)共混到聚乙烯中,研究了不同 VA 含量对聚乙烯共混物的注入电荷和摩擦带电现象.实验发现,聚乙烯与适当比例的 EVA 共混后能明显减少注入电荷,消除摩擦带电现象.光电导频谱测量证明,添加 EVA 能减少聚乙烯中的深陷阱.本实验为研制超高压直流电力电缆的绝缘材料,开辟了新的方向.

Abstract:The relations of injection charge and frictional electrification inpolyethylene with various contents of VA were studied.The experimentsshow that the injection charges can be greatly decreased and the phenomena offrictional electrification can be eliminated with proper amount of EVA in PE.It is proved by the photoconduction spectrum that the density of deep traps inpolyethylene can be decreased by doping with EVA.A new development of ele-ctrical insulation materials of ultra-high voltage DC power plastic cable is sug-gested.
