金刚石复合片的性能检测及发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了聚晶金刚石复合片的主要性能,即抗冲击性能、热稳定性及耐磨性。对复合片的性能检测方法进行了详细的阐述。展望了检测方法的发展趋势,抗冲击性检测主要考虑大冲击力和高精确性,用热损伤来判定复合片的热稳定性,而耐磨性检测则从复合片的微观结构找突破口,同时还应考虑对复合片内部的残余应力进行分析检测。

Abstract:The performances of polycrystalline diamond compacts(PDC) which includes impact resistance,heat stability and wear resistance are introduced.Detection methods for PDC performance are discussed in detail.On the basis of the trend of diction methods,big impact and high accuracy are taken into consideration in the impact resistance detection.The heat stability was judged by the thermal damage.Wear resistance seeks breakthrough from the microstructure of PDC,and the internal residual stress of PDC should be analyzed and tested too.
