轴孔类零件测量的实验设计及数据处理

摘    要:介绍了高精度轴孔类零件批量生产时的通用测量方法,以及利用计算机进行测量结果的评定方法.主要研究一般轴孔类零件测量的实验系统设计的基本方法,分析轴孔类零件测量误差产生的原因,给出测量结果不确定度的A类、B类评定方法.在数据分析方面,利用VB6.0语言编程进行处理,大大提高了测量轴孔类零件尺寸及其误差的计算精度和运算速度.同时又给出了A类、B类评定的数学模型.

Abstract:In this paper,the general measuring method about shaft and hole parts produced in a great quantity is introduced.The estimation method completed by computer is the main content.The basic method of experiment design is mainly about the measurement for the general shaft and hole parts.The reason of the size error about general shaft and hole parts is analyzed.The method A and method B about measurement uncertainty of measuring results are represented.In analyzing the data,the speed and accuracy of calculation about the size and errors of the shaft and hole parts is raised highly by using VB6.0 programming.At the same time,the mathematical model for A-and B-class estimation is also presented
