浅谈石油化工装置本质安全设计中的仪表控制

摘    要:介绍了本质安全设计理念及其在石油化工装置工程设计中的重要作用。对流程工艺中各级安全保护层进行了描述,阐述了仪表控制在过程安全保护层中的位置,其中BPCS和与SIS由于实现的方式和响应的时间不同在保护层中起着不同作用;根据BPCS和与SIS的特点,提出仪表控制在本质安全设计中的故障安全和分开设置原则。最后结合工程设计经验,从减少物料储量、阻隔物料进一步泄漏、最大程度地应用SIS系统等角度提出了仪表控制在本质安全设计中的典型实践。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept and definition of inherent safety design and emphasizes its important role in the engineering design of petrochemical plants.The safety protection layers in industrial processes and the position of instrumentation control in the layers are discussed.BPCS and SIS have different functions for their different realization modes and response time.According to the characteristics of BPCS and SIS,the fail-safe principle and separate setting principle for instrumentation control in inherent safety design are presented.Based on engineering design experiences,the typical practice of instrumentation control in inherent safety design is put forward to reduce the material reserves,prevent the further leakage of chemicals and maximize the application of SIS system.
