| 摘 要： | 该文介绍以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂就地环氧化合成环氧大豆油工艺。通过L9(3~4)正交实验确定最佳制备工艺条件,讨论双氧水用量及粗品精制对产物影响,考察催化剂使用期限,该工艺条件制备产品质量优于国家标准。

| Abstract: | An in-situ epoxidized synthesis technics of epoxy soybean oil with strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst is introduced.The best condition of this technics is determinated by the L_9 (3~4) orthogonal,experimental method.The influence of both the amounts of hydrogen peroxide and the refining of the crude products on the final product is discussed,examined the lifetime of catalyst and the optimized process condition.The resulting products possessed higher quality compared to the national standards. |
