新型咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂合成工艺研究与性能评价

摘    要:以油酸和二乙烯三胺为原料,氧化钙为脱水剂,氯化苄为季铵化试剂,合成了新型咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂。合成工艺条件为:油酸0.05mol,二乙烯三胺0.06mol,氧化钙0.1mol,在80℃下酰胺化2h,升温至160℃环化反应6h,加入氯化苄0.06mol,在55℃季铵化反应2.5h。结果表明,与现有甲苯为挟水剂工艺比较,该工艺酰胺化及环化反应温度低,咪唑啉成环性能及缓蚀效果好;N80钢片在25℃下HCl浓度0.5mol/L,缓蚀剂浓度200mg/L的溶液中,缓蚀率高达85.6%。

Abstract:A new imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was amine, benzyl chloride as quaternary reagent and CaO as dehy that it was produced by the amidation reaction at 80℃ for 2 synthesized drating agent. The h with oleic acid oleic acid, diethylenetri- technics conditions were 0.05 tool, diethylenetri- amine 0.06 mol and CaO 0.1 mol. Then the cyclization reaction was at 160℃ for 6 h. Quaternarization was carried out with benzyl chloride 0.06 mol at 55℃ for 2.5 h. The results showed that the product with calcium oxide as the dehydrating agent was synthesized at a lower temperature for amidation reaction and cyclization reaction and had a better inhibitive efficiency than the process existed with methyLbenzene as dehydrating agent. The inhibiting efficiency of N80 steel reached 85.6% in solution of HC1 0.5 mol/L and corrosion inhibitor 200 mg/L at 25℃.
