超声辐射下葡萄糖五乙酸酯的合成研究

摘    要:以葡萄糖和乙酸酐为原料,氨基磺酸为催化剂,在超声条件下,催化合成了葡萄糖五乙酸酯,优化了合成条件。结果表明,n(葡萄糖):n(乙酸酐)=I:7,催化剂用量0.45g,超声时间50rain,反应温度70℃,此时产品收率达79.8%。

Abstract:Glucose pentaacetate was synthesized with glucose and acetic anhydride as raw material and aminosulfonic acid as catalyst under ultrasound irradiation. The yield of ester is 79.8% under optimal reaction conditions which the molar ratio of glucose to acetic anhydride is 1 : 7, aminosulfonic acid is 0.45 g, reaction time is 50 min and reaction temperature is 70℃.
