碳纳米管掺杂对铅酸电池负极板性能的影响

摘    要:利用工业工艺,将碳纳米管、石墨和锌化物分别掺入铅酸电池负极材料中制备出3种铅负极板,并分别组装成电池。研究发现,在0.2C、0.5C倍率下掺杂碳纳米管的负极板的铅酸电池具有较高的电池容量。还利用红外、X射线衍射、电子扫描电镜等技术对得到的负极板进行了表征。结果表明,虽然在红外和X射线衍射谱图中未见明显的区别,扫描电镜照片说明掺杂有碳纳米管的负极板的颗粒均匀性较高。

Abstract:Carbon nanotube,graphite and zinc compounds were doped into the negative electrodes respectively according to a traditional industrial process,and then lead-acid batteries were assembled with the as-prepared negative electrodes.Compared to the undoped samples,at 0.2C and 0.5C,higher capacities were achieved with the carbon nanotube-doped negative electrodes.FTIR、XRD and SEM were used to characterize the as-prepared negative electrodes.The results demonstrated that the particles in the negative electrodes doped into proper amount of carbon nanotube were more uniform by SEM,though no evident differences were displayed in the FTIR and XRD plots.
