PA/PE回收料的再生改性

摘    要:通过添加扩链剂KL-E4370、氧化钙和氧化聚乙烯蜡对PA/PE回收料进行扩链、除水和原位生成相容剂的再生改性。结果显示,扩链剂KL-E4370用量为0.7%,氧化钙用量为2%,改性效果最好,添加1%的氧化聚乙烯蜡改善了PA和PE的相容性。

Abstract:PA/PE Recycled material by adding chain extender KL-E4370, calcium oxide and polyoxyeth ylene wax were extended, the water was absorbed and situ eompatibilizer was regenerated. The results showed that amount of chain extender KL-E4370 0.7%, amount of calcium oxide 2%, modification effects were the best, addition 1% the oxidized polyethylene wax improved the compatibility of PA and PE.
