过氧化钙合成工艺条件的优化

摘    要:以氧化钙和双氧水为原料合成过氧化钙,研究反应温度、反应时间、过氧化氢过量数、盐酸用量等对产品产率和纯度的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:反应温度2℃,反应时间为1 h,氧化钙和双氧水的摩尔比为1∶1.15,1∶1盐酸用量0.75 mL,产品收率为61.41%,纯度为67.13%。

Abstract:Calcium peroxide was synthesized from calcium oxide and hydrogen peroxide as raw materials. The influences of some factors such as the reaction temperature, the reaction time, the superfluous coeffi- cient of hydrogen peroxide, the amount of HC1, etc. to the yield and purity of calcium peroxide was investi- gated. Result show that the optimum process conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 2 ℃, reaction time 1 h, mole ratio of calcium oxide to hydrogen peroxide 1 : 1.15, amount of HCI ( 1 : 1 ) 0.75 mL. The yield and purity of Ca02 are 61.41% and 67.13% ,respectively.
