丙烯醛缩醛类化合物的应用及其合成研究进展

摘    要:丙烯醛缩醛类化合物是重要的有机合成中间体,被广泛应用于树脂、药物及天然产物等合成领域。其合成主要是以半缩醛或烷氧基联烯为原料,通过与醇进行加成反应完成。本文针对丙烯醛缩醛类化合物的应用及其合成方法进行综述。

Abstract:Allylic acetal compounds are important intermediates in organic synthesis, which are widely used in the synthesis of resins, drugs and natural products. The synthesis accomplishes by hemiacetal or alkoxy allenes as raw materials, and addition reaction with alcohol. In this paper, the application and synthesis of allylic acetals compounds were summarized.
