酸法改性膨润土处理废液压油脱色的研究

摘    要:对膨润土进行酸化,改性膨润土的最佳制备条件为:硫酸与膨润土的液固比为3:1,硫酸浓度为18%,活化时间为5h,活化温度为95℃。改性膨润土游离酸〈0.1%,活性度为190.3,将改性膨润土对废液压油进行处理后的脱色率为98.6%。

Abstract:The bentonite was soured. The best conditions of the modified bentonite were that:the ratio of sulfuric acid to bentonite was 3: 1, sulfuric acid concentration was 18%, modification time was 5 h and the modified temperature was 95 ~C. Under these conditions, the acid value of the modified bentonite was below 0.1%, the degree of the activity was 190.3 and the deeolorization rate on the waste hydraulic oil was 98.6%.
