油田注水缓蚀剂SW-638的研制及应用

摘    要:以长链脂肪酸、多乙烯多胺等为原料,以磷酸酯为季胺化试剂,合成了含膦咪唑啉季胺盐,与缓蚀增效剂H和缓蚀增效剂T复配,研制出油田注水缓蚀剂SW-638,其最优组成为:咪唑啉季胺盐60%、缓蚀增效剂H10%和缓蚀增效剂T4%;在延长油田-污水处理站进行了应用试验,SW-638投加量为50mg/L,经过连续30d的监测,结果试片表面光亮,无点蚀,平均腐蚀速率为0.0326mm/a,满足〈0.076mm/a的油田注水要求。

Abstract:Phosphonic imidazoline quaternary ammonium salts was synthesized with long chain fatty acid and polyethylene polyamine as raw materials using phosphate as quaternary amination reagent;then mixed with corrosion inhibitor synergist H and T to form a oilfield water injection corrosion inhibitor SW-638. Its optimal composition:imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt 60% , inhibition synergist H 10% and inhibi- tion synergist T 4%. In Yanchang oil.field sewage treatment application of test station, SW-638 dosage of 50 mg/L,after continuous monitoring 30 d. The result showed that specimen surface is bright and no pit- ting, the average corrosion rate of 0. 032 6 mm/a, meet the 〈 0. 076 mm/a oilfield water injection requirements.
