摘    要:分别以甲醛(苯甲醛)、苯乙酮(丙酮)、环己胺(二乙烯三胺、苯甲胺)为主要原料,合成不同的曼尼希碱缓蚀剂,合成条件为醛∶酮∶胺=1.5∶1∶1,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为8 h,介质pH值为2,对合成产物进行分离提纯,通过红外光谱确认产物官能团,采用静态失重法和极化曲线法评价不同曼尼希碱缓蚀剂在15%盐酸介质中对N80钢的缓蚀效率。

Abstract:The Mannich base different inhibitor synthesized with formaldehyde(benzaldehyde) ,acetophe none ( acetone), cyclohexylamine ( divinyl three amine, benzene amine) as the main raw material, the syn thesis conditions for aldehyde ketone amine is 1.5: 1: l ,reaction temperature 90 ℃ ,reaction time is 8 h, pH value of medium is 2. Separation and purification of the synthetic product was confirmed by IR, prod uct groups,using the method of static weight loss and polarization curves of Mannich base synthesis with different monomer inh.ibitor in 15 % hydrochloric acid on the corrosion of steel N80 efficiency.
