湿法炼锌体系铜渣脱氯试验及产业化研究

摘    要:根据湿法炼锌体系流程中氯的来源和开路,进行了铜渣脱氯条件试验研究,条件试验优化为:浸出温度为70~75℃,反应时间为45~55min,铜离子浓度为1~2.5g/L,pH值为2.5—3.0,液固比为30:1,铜渣粒度为~120目占90%,在此条件下,脱氯率达到60.3%。并在优化条件的基础上,进行产业化运行,平均脱氯率可以达到47.02%。

Abstract:The inflow and outflow of chlorine in the process of zinc hydrometallurgy system is analyzed in this paper, and the experimental study of dechlorination test of copper residue test waS done, the condition test is optimized aS the following : the extraction temperature is 70 - 75 ℃, the response time is 45 - 55 rain, the concentration of copper ion is 1 - 2.5 g/L, pH value is 2. 5-3.0, the solid to liquid ratio is 30:1, the particle size of copper scale is - 120 mesh, take up 90%, under this condition, the deehlorination rate can reach 60.3%, and based on the optimized conditions, the average dechlorination rate can reach 47.02% in the industrialization operation.
