井下破碎-干选-充填联合工艺探讨

摘    要:为了提高井下矿山矿石产能,减少资源损失,提高矿山充填能力,降低采矿成本,根据目前井下矿岩赋存复杂难采矿山的特点,针对地下矿山存在夹层矿多、矿房大块多、贫化大(或损失多)、生产和充填能力不足状况,对井下和露天转地下模式的矿山,提出了采用井下破碎-干选-充填联合工艺的建议。

Abstract:In order to improve underground ore production capacity,reduce the loss of resources,improve the filling ability,and reduce mining costs,the joint process of crushing-dry separation-filling is proposed for the underground mine and the transferring from open-pit to underground mine according to the feature of the complex occurrence of underground minerals,and such shortcomings as lots of banded-ore,much oversize ores,high ore depletion,and less production and filling capacities.
