新型二级电液数字伺服阀

摘    要:在分析以步进电机为驱动部件的水轮机电液调速系统中配压阀存在的优缺点的基础上,研制开发了一种新型的二级电液数字伺服阀,它的抗油污力强,可靠性高,机械未知量的影响小,消除了已知机械死区,驱动力矩较小,可用于高压,大流量的系统,提高了抗干扰能力。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the virtues and the defects of the distributive valve, which was drove by a stepping motor in hydraulic turbine governor, we developed a new two stage electro hydraulic digital servo valve. It had great ability to resist oil pollution and interference. Such valve has low influence by mechanical unknown quantity and low drive torque and has eliminated mechanical dead region. So it could be used in the system with high pressure and big flow.
