| Abstract: | Integrated with welding knowledge,expert system,database management and multimedia technology together,a weldability prediction expert system of C-Mn steels for welding engineers was developed in the paper,on which the weldability calculation and prediction can be conducted,procedure parameters can be optimized,weldability test can be chosen and the test process also can be demonstrated.The total developing courses of the system were addressed in detail,involving demand analysis,design principal,formation of knowledge base,inferring mechanism and realization of explanation function. |
