| 摘 要： | 根据我国有关法律法规和相关规范的规定,对工程建设项目中的建设、监理与施工三方工程责任进行汇总、提炼,借助风险管理中的AHP方法对三元结构下的工程责任体系进行评价,分析其中存在的问题,提出针对性的解决措施。
