摘    要:针对一受冲击载荷作用的结构,以减振器的安装位置为优化变量,以结构姿态角为目标函数,应用遗传算法,实现了对该结构的动力响应优化。运用有限元法及Mooney-Rivlin模型,橡胶减振器被简化为非线性弹簧单元。基于该简化模型,运用包含小生境技术和惩罚处理的遗传算法,实现了对减振器的位置优化。通过将优化结果与原设计方案的比较,验证了本文算法的有效性。本文方法对其它结构的动力响应优化设计也有很好的参考价值。

Abstract:The optimization of a structure dynamic response under an impact load was completed by using the genetic algorithm, with the attitude angle taken as the goal function and the vibration absorbers positions as the optimization variables. The rubber vibration absorber was simplified to nonlinear spring elements by using finite element method and Mooney-Rivlin model. Then the positions of vibration absorbers were optimized by genetic algorithm accompanied with the niche technique and penalty method. The comparison between the optimized result and the original design demonstrated the validity of the method proposed, which also has a good referential value to dynamic response optimization of other structures.
