防螨抗菌耐久性粘胶纤维添加剂-丙烯酰噻苯咪唑的合成

摘    要:以噻苯咪唑(TBZ)和丙烯酰氯为原料,用酰氯氨解法合成了防螨抗菌剂-丙烯酰噻苯咪唑。研究了溶剂、反应温度、物料比、pH值、反应时间对反应收率的影响。得出的较佳工艺条件为:四氢呋喃作溶剂、反应时间6.0 h、温度25°C、n(噻苯咪唑)∶n(丙烯酰氯)∶n(三乙胺)为1∶2.2∶2.6。最后用UV、FT IR及1H NMR谱对丙烯酰噻苯咪唑进行了测定。

Abstract:Acryloyl thiabendazole was synthesized from reaction of thiabendazole with acryloyl chloride in ammonium chloride solution.The influence of reaction conditions such as solvent,reaction temperature,material ratio,pH and reaction time on yield was studied.The optimization reaction conditions were as follows: tetrahydrofuran as solvent,reaction time 6.0 h,reaction temperature 25°C,and n(TBZ)∶n(acryloyl chloride)∶n(triethylamine)=1∶2.2∶2.6.The structures of acryloyl thiabendazole was determined by UV,FT IR and()~1H NMR.
