LGC230型连续油管作业车研制

进口连续油管作业设备价格昂贵,配件服务跟不上,不能满足国内油田作业需求。为缓解目前国内设备少和作业需求多的矛盾,提高我国连续油管工艺水平,研制了LGC230型连续油管作业车。该作业车为车载式结构,采用主辅车布置方式,配备大提升力注入头、大容量油管滚筒、数据采集系统及油管井口防碰装置。具有移运性能好、提升下入能力大、油管容量大、作业井深深、操作集中方便、防喷能力强、作业安全可靠等优点。现场应用表明,该设备能满足江汉油田和周边中、深井连续油管作业要求。

Research and Development of LGC230 Coiled Tubing Unit

The imported coiled tubing units were all with expensive prices. The parts and services cannot be supplied well to satisfy the demand of oil operations in China. In order to relief the contradiction between few domestic equipment supply and big demand for operations, and improve the coiled tubing technology level in China,LGC230 coiled tubing unit is developed. This unit is equipped with truck-mounted structure with main truck and auxiliary truck. It is equipped with big injector,large tubing reel, data acquisition system and tubing wellhead protector, and features good movement, high pull and snubbing force, large tubing capacity, deep well operation, centralized and convenient operation,strong blowout prevention ability, safe and reliable operation, etc. Field applications indicate that this unit can meet the requirements of coiled tubing operations in medium and deep wells in and around Jianghan oilfield.
