| 摘 要： | 采用Span80-Tween60／正己醇／120^#汽油体系，通过微乳液法制备了CoAl2O4天蓝纳米陶瓷颜料，通过XRD、TEM和颜色测定等对制备的纳米颜料进行了表征，研究了助表面活性剂对CoAl1O4纳米晶结构及性能的影响。结果表明，随表面活性剂含量的减少，纳米晶尺寸减小，颜料颗粒的均匀性降低，团聚现象有所减小；表面活性剂含量对颜料的色饱和度与主波长影响不大，随表面活性剂含量的增加，颜料的明度降低。

| Abstract: | Nano-CoAl_2O_4 blue pigments were prepared by a microemulsion process with Span80-Tween60/hexanol/benzene (No.120)system. The as-prepared blue pigments were characterized by XRD, TEM and color measurement. The influence of surfactant concentration on the structure and properties of nano-CoAl_2O_4 blue pigment was special investigated. The results showed that with the increase of surfactant, the size of nano-particle decreased,the uniformity and the agglomeration of nano-particle decreased. In addition,with the increase of surfactant,the brightness of the pigment decreased while the color saturation and the wavelength of the pigment almost keep in constant. |
