| 摘 要： | 结合作者的生产实践，对近年来双氧水生产方面节约能源、减少污染排放等采取的技术措施进行了分析和总结。主要有增设氢化液/工作液换热器，省略氧化液泵和磷酸泵，提高空气和氢气的利用率，合理处置氧化残液，氧化尾气节能回收，浓缩装置塔顶冷凝液回收利用等，对双氧水生产和装置设计工作有一定的参考价值。
