我国粗直径钢丝绳的应用领域越来越广 ,市场发展潜力较大 ,但目前高性能的粗直径钢丝绳主要靠进口。分析了国内粗直径钢丝绳的生产研发现状 ,指出该类产品在生产、研发方面与工业发达国家的差距 ,提出了应在标准修订、结构设计、绳用钢丝生产工艺、捻绳时的恒张力控制等方面加以改进的建议

The application field of large diameter wire rope becomes wider and wider in China,and its market potential is bigger,but the large diameter wire ropes with excellent property are imported mainly. To analyze the production research and development present situation of large diameter wire rope at home. The gap between home and developed countries about this kind of product on the aspect of production and research and development is pointed out. The suggestions to improve such aspects as standard revision,structure design,the process of steel wire for rope,constant tension control while rope laying are put forward.
